The B that is played here (3rd fret, Ab string) is actually played as the open note on the low B string on a 5-string bass. I don't think you want to tune your 4 string bass down to a B. It's.. interesting.. :) It's just written an octave up, but if you want to tune down, or have a 5-string, play it there..
